Hey lovelies,
Today we’re making Coconut Rose Bath Salts.
This recipe is very simple and easy. It’s 5 ingredients and 5 steps, done in 15 minutes!
Why use Coconut Milk Powder in my bath?
Some of you may know coconut milk powder as a creamer for coffee or as an excellent ingredient to use when baking and cooking, but there are many other great benefits when using coconut milk powder.
Coconut milk is packed with healthy skin oils and antioxidants, which gives it several skin-friendly benefits.
Coconut milk is a super hydrator, and the fat helps smooth skin cells and lock in hydration. Because of this, you’ll often find coconut milk as a highlighted ingredient in dry-skin-saving moisturizers.
If your skin—whether on your face, hands, or anywhere else on your body—is feeling red and raw, coconut milk can help. Coconut milk is known to have soothing and moisturizing properties that leave the skin feeling soft and supple, adding that it can help to calm irritation. Coconut milk is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive and oily skin. Due to its soothing and moisturizing properties, it can be used to treat dry and irritated skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis.
The high vitamin C and E content in coconut milk can help maintain skin elasticity. Moisturising the skin with coconut milk will make it supple while smoothing away fine lines and wrinkles.
Coconut milk can also be a natural alternative when it comes to soothing sunburned skin. It is cooling to the skin along with being gentle.

How to store:
I keep my bath salts in a glass container next to my bath for easy access. Make sure you choose an air-tight jar to help keep your bath salts fresh, clean, and dry. This will also help hold their scent.
How long will this last?
This recipe should last up to 6 months.
